Transformation. Evolution. Arrival.

A state of presence and mindfulness brings introspection.

I am finally “doing me”. I have transformed into everything I prayed on. This doesn’t mean the journey is over as I am not six feet under the soil.

What does that look like? Short answer: evolving and elevating.

Different animal. Same beast. Like Bean.

It consists of finally giving myself all the love I used to long for from a y chromosome.

It means hugging myself, holding my own hand, encouraging myself, and being the best me at my OWN pace.

It is me, moving with certainty, checking in on my check engine light.

In addition, ridding myself of things and souls that don’t vibrate on my wavelength. clapping for myself.

Simply being free, high off life, liberated. relinquishing myself of the opinions and judgments of others through their own jaded point of view and insecurities.

It is constantly pushing past the projection of the outer world and turning introspectively.

BECOMING my ancestor’s wildest dreams and what God envisioned in his very intentional blueprint.

Unlearning the survival skills I no longer have to use.

This is what evolution looks like. This is what love is, huh? My caterpillar stage is ending. It’s time to fly. I am arriving. No, I have arrived. What a time, to be alive.

I am currently putting my energy into myself while studying for the bar exam, and completing my first book. My favorite thing to write about is current events, my life or what is going on around me. Writing affects my mental health greatly as it is the best outlet! Writing puts me in a good zen-like mood. Harness empowers me as a woman because it is a no judgement, free flowing publishing platform just for women. It's a home, in a sense that you can feel comfortable as well as go to Instagram and find inspirational and self-care tips.
