The New Her

She brushed the tears,

that fell from her eyes,

she was emotional,

feeling and experiencing,

acknowledging truths and understanding the facts and reality,

she was learning to let go of the guilt that she had in her from ages,

she forgave herself for not loving her own self first,

for having a soul of sparking wild freedom loving breaths,

she humbled her head in prostration while her aura rose above,

with the wonderful healing,

of new transformations and beginnings,

a new woman whose self love and self criticism was balanced with self respect.
