Stop

I mean you can.

Stop I mean,

pause,

change your mind.

The world moves so fast it feels overwhelming. There is always a sense of panic, so much to

do, so much get done but we forget how

long

we live.

We do not have to keep pace.

We can

move slow.

People today have firsts way past an age it didn’t used to be possible to reach.

Our world is designed to keep moving.

It could carry on without any one of us.

Which, yes,

is scary.

Which is how people can fall through the cracks.

But,

it also means you don’t owe the world

anything.

We have time. We have means.

We don’t have to worry about survival,

mostly,

we are very privileged.

We can choose

how

to fill

our time.

So,

what do you want to do?
