My Child

The hand of the old cruel lover

Born anew

Sending It into the pit

Of the womb

Conceived is the child

Held dear by the host

‘Tis parasitic at most

It suckles away at Its mother’s teat

The lover looks on

Pleased by the feat

What is the name?

What is the name?

Reborn, incarnate;

Always the same!

Four letters;

All from the pit,

All come from It

What is the name

That is always the same?
