Love

It is a slow
Unstoppable
Fall backwards
into a sea of colors with no names.
It wraps around you,
soothing you in its beauty,
bathing your soul in tranquility.
And then, at last,
you are one with it
and there is no fear,
no pain,
only the
Light
of a hundred thousand stars
Shining brightly
against the dark.

I've always been fascinated with words. As a Boricua and a descendant of peoples with a strong oral tradition, I suppose it was only natural that I fell into writing. My poetry is inspired by whatever strikes me, and my stories are all fantasy.
