honeymoon

love me to the moon and back

stars underneath us

while we surge towards the dark side

the opposite side of the truth

lovely lies let us take deep breaths

of moon dust

dizzy as we speak in riddles

laughing from being so high

high above the clouds

where we can wave to rockets

shooting past our windows

leaving a trail of grey

a trail we follow

until we reach nothing

there’s nothing in space

except for the whispers we left

right on the other side of the moon

I'm a native New Yorker trying to figure out what life's about. My writing kinda keep me in tune with this journey because my purpose seems ever-changing. I love goats and I'm 4'11".
