Enough with: This Thing Called Love // Forgiveness

This thing called “Love”.

This thing that gets inside you and doesn’t let up.

It finds every crevice it can, to line my body with the memory of you.

Forgiveness has not stopped the memories from sinking their teeth into my skin,

Even after all was said and done.

Even after you went away, after acquiring every piece of me and promising forever.

This thing called “Love”.

This thing called “Forgiveness”.

Has only caused my heart to beg for mercy,

For forgiving so many injustices.
