Delusions

Broken and afraid of being inadequate you use love as a weapon
Your anger and fear stain the hearts that beat for you
You use your tongue like a belt
Whipping those around you until they cower
Stacking your hurtful words so high that you climb and loom over them
Delusions cloud your mind making your actions acceptable
You are accountable to no one and push away anyone who mirrors truth
Until you look within you will be chained to your demons
Forever being enslaved to the pain and heartache you leave in your wake

Washington Native. I am an adventurer trapped in a broken shell. I love deep and loud. My pain and happiness comes out on paper. Enjoy.
