Broken Home

Have you ever felt trapped, and stuck?

Have you ever felt uncomfortable?

Have you ever felt that way with someone that should’ve felt like home?

Have you ever written on tear stained paper?

Have you ever been unable to sleep as the time got later and later?

Have you ever been uneasy?

Have you ever felt unneeded?

Unnecessary, unappreciated

Suffocated?

So glad I got away from that place

But sometimes I still kind of need my space

Because someone that should’ve been my home had toxic walls

And took away my ability to breathe

And those toxic walls caved in down ontop of me

And I’m stuck still learning how to free myself from all the debris
