Angel’s Intentions

You are both
my bonding and my bondage.
Blissfully trapped,
I wouldn’t dream of stopping this.

You kept me captive
in this perfect moment.
A beauteous enigma,
my helpless soul drawn.

I beg and plead
for your every word.
A devil’s snare,
with an angel’s eyes.

And an angel’s intent
to fly sky high.
It’s okay,
I say as you pull me under.
