the greatest advice
someone once gave me,
was to keep writing.
there were days
when my head
pounded with
so much pain
and anxiety boiled
inside me,
the words in my mind
a constant loop
of negativity,
but if I could
find even
one word
to write,
I knew
I could make it
to the other side.
