The Dark

We see the black in front of our eyes.

Movement is faint, misplaced, shadows appear; what is it.

It creeps through the day and before you know it has crawled up your body, over you spin, covering your head and your face.

You are scared, trapped in a small light and you reach for safety seeking love and peace.
