Leave It In The Past

Early one morning, I woke up with the pounding of my heart beating of the things that I use to do in the past. It was my charger to a cellphone that I could not find in my home.

I look everywhere for it and could not find it. Oh my goodness, where is it and that’s  when it came to me I left it at work. It wasn’t just work, it was because I let someone else use it.

You have to understand that I made a promise to myself that it wasn’t going to happen again. Letting someone use it and walking away by forgetting it.

In the past, I never hold someone accountable for bringing things they need in their life from home but oh know me Ms nice person had to step in and say yes. It’s really okay to say no to someone when they want to borrow or use things.

In the long run, I came out short because I don’t have the charger this morning but this will all change for sure.

The point I am making that its okay to be nice and kind sometimes but we have to hold people accountable for things in their own lives because you will come up short.
