Please, See Me

You were perfect

I was your project

The mistake you were trying to correct

You dressed me up like your doll

You tailored my words

All to fit your perfect mold

I cannot be saved

No Sunday

No Gospel will fix me.

Save your Holy Water & oil

If I did pray, I would beg for you to see me

I would wail to the Heavens to grant you acceptance of me

Your only child

Please love me, for me

Despite who I love.
