Don’t Get Trapped in Counterfeit Kingdoms

This is not a war
when they send in armies
with matching flags
waving symbols
no one understands
holding weapons
loaded with their own fear
and it’s not until the casings pile up around your feet
that you see the threats are empty
and this was never a war
but a kingdom crumbling
under its own fictitious weight
