Jessica Nguyen

Hey, I’m Jessica! I’m a 22-year-old Colorado native, artist, and pianist. I like to spend my time taking photos, listening to an unhealthy amount of Clinton Kane, and binge-watching Gilmore Girls (will forever be Team Jess!). I’ve always been an artistically and creatively-driven person, and writing is no exception. To me, writing is more than just putting words together on a piece of paper. It’s a beautiful way to connect with, touch the hearts of, or even change the lives of a countless number of people—people that you may have never met. It’s a unique story that can only be woven together by your own individual emotions, experiences, and thoughts. Whenever I find myself unable to fully express myself, I know I can always count on writing to be my safe place. From my most inner emotions, thoughts, or even what my latest obsessions are atm, writing helps me share all of it in a way that not only helps others understand, but in a way that feels reassuring and comfortable to me.
