I Once was Lost but Now I’m Found

I once was lost but now I am found
I have been looking for you in the Land of Man
where We were told to hide
We became trees and birds and snakes
Our tears formed the oceans and rivers and lakes

I am here now.

stretch out Your branches
fly above the clouds
slither amongst the earth
run to Me, run through Me

I will take the fear they tried to suppress Us with and mold it back into the jealousy that cursed Us
